This app adds beauty to every day tasks like cooking and such...
As I practice being mindful, I enjoy and embrace every day tasks such as cooking and tasks around the house.
And so it's a great pleasure to have found yet another gem by Spotlight Six. No longer do I have to submit to the harsh buzz of an oven, or egg timer, not I can use this great app with it's beautiful sounds when I cook, exercise and any tie I need to be reminded gently that a period of time has elapsed.
Because it's a very robust application withe plenty fo options, one needs to play with it a bit and learn to use the interface. But once you know how it's used this app becomes very easy to use and a great tool to have for every day use.
Thank you for such a great took... keep em' coming!
My favorite timer. Well designed. Most useful features. Pleasing.
I have looked at, tried and deleted more timers than I care to admit to. This one stands out above all the rest. It is not just a pretty face, although the UI is very polished.
I needed a timer that I could use for complicated recipes. This one allows me to create a "menu" of intervals and save it as a preset. I set it up once and it is ready for the next time I need it. Very nice. I appreciate the pause feature and the ability to set the volume without exiting the app. I also like the fact that I do not have to keep it open for it to continue running. I am particularly pleased with the simple elegance of the timer screen and how it unobtrusively keeps you updated on where you are at and the number of intervals remaining. Brad, the developer is responsive.
My thanks for a really well thought out timer.
I found the interface confusing for creating a sequence of timed intervals.
